Can we plan to have hospitals level III in all regions?

Built by Parties organisation with money from taxation.

Cost of a Compagnie : 90 gold (creation (20), upgrade (20), upgrade (50)
Cost of wood and salairy : about 11,250 CAD

At the end, the hospital will be sold at 1 dollar to the gouverment.

Only Quebec and Ontario have higher Hospital level. It would generate job for a wild. We could start with New-Brunswick (I'm the congressman there!) And we I has a manager of the first Hospital building compagnie.

To start:
Nomination of the organisation assign to build the hospital
Nomination of the minister that with be making sure the money is well stand (checking the compagnie level, the RAW ans the stock)
Donation of 90 golds
Donation of 1000 CAD to start

Goal:
Make every citoyens able to fight 3 times a day.
Creating job in construction rising the money available all a cross Canada.

PS Depuis que l'Ontario est passé d'un Hopital niveau 4 à 5 et un systeme de défense de 0 à 5, je trouve que c'est tellement injuste quand les frontières ne sont non défendus et qu'il y a des régions avec des hopitaux niveau 1...

Bref... Je suis allé trop vite! sans consultation (j'ai plus autant de temps tout un coup pour jouer...)

Parlons en ici. Élaborons un bon programme (je ne veut pas dire que le tien était mauvais) pour vraiment réussir ce coup la. Enfin ils vont voir que l'on travaille avec eux quand on veut!
